COVID-19 Announcement
At the end of April, Governor Justice unveiled the West Virginia Strong – The Comeback phased plan to return our state to a new normal as we continue to navigate through the Covid-19 Pandemic. At Brannon Dental, we have remained available to you for emergent needs since this crisis began, & as of May 11, we resumed care for preventive & non-emergent dental needs. We wish to thank all of our patients for trusting us to care for you. Our team would like to reassure you that we have taken additional steps to help protect you & your family whenever you visit our office for care. In addition to maintaining our stringent infection control procedures, we will be adding additional safeguards beginning before you even enter our office. We will conduct a screening by telephone, & ask that when arriving for an appointment that you message our team from you vehicle so we may let you know as soon as we have your treatment suite ready before entering. We will conduct an additional health & temperature screening before beginning care, & have added additional precautions such as additional HEPA air filtration within our office & more robust personal protective equipment.
Further, we will continue to closely monitor the developing situation throughout our community, our state, & our nation, & will continue to place safety at the forefront of everything we do.
We request that other than the case of a parent/caretaker, we ask that patients do not bring additional persons accompanying them into the office, furthermore, we request that to please call or text our office upon arrival and wait until instructed before coming inside.
We look forward to seeing our patient family in the coming weeks. Thank you all, & please, stay safe.
